- Is there a membership fee to join the Jyu Concept Rewards program?

Our membership is FREE to join! It is also a lifetime membership.

 

- How does the Rewards program work?

You can join the membership program by signing up through the member portal (https://jyu.eber.co/). After signing up, you can start to earn points by spending at our bistro. Upon creating a Rewards member account, you'll receive welcome rewards from both bistros, credited directly to your account.

 

- Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members or friends.

 

- What are the benefits of signing up as a member?

As a member, you get to earn points to redeem vouchers, purchase gift cards, collect reward points by using gift cards as payment, and receive other benefits such as buy-one-get-one-free vouchers and birthday benefits!

 

- What if I forget my password? 

If you forget your password, simply click on the "forgot password" button and follow the prompts to reset your password. You can choose the email address or phone number associated with your account to receive a TAC code, which you can use to reset your password.

 

- What happens if I terminate or cancel my membership 

You may terminate your membership at any time by sending an email to hello@jyugae.sg. Upon termination or cancellation, all benefits and earned points will be forfeited.

 

Rewards Point

 

- How do I earn points?

Before making payment, inform our staff that you are a Jyu Concept Rewards member. Provide your mobile number or email ID, which is your unique identifier, for verification purposes. For every $2 spent, one point will be credited to your account.

 

- Can I earn and use points in both Jyu Gae and Jyu Lae with the same account?

Yes, the points you earn by spending at Jyu Gae or Jyu Lae will be combined in one account. You can then use these points for redemptions at either Jyu Gae or Jyu Lae.

 

- How do I check my points balance?

To view your membership points, you can check your profile where your membership card is displayed. Your points will be visible on this card.

 

- Do my reward points expire?

Please note that your reward points will expire after 180 days based on the earned date.

 

- Can I transfer my reward points to someone else?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your points to another account.

 

- Can I exchange my earned points for physical cash?

Your points cannot be exchanged for physical cash. According to the terms and conditions of the program, your accumulated points can only be redeemed for rewards.

 

- Can I use my rewards in conjunction with other promotions?

Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, or vouchers.

 

 

Vouchers / Gift Cards

 

- How do I redeem a voucher?

If you have reward vouchers (E.g., birthday vouchers) that you wish to redeem, simply log in to your account and inform our staff during payment. Our staff will assist with the redemption of the voucher. Please be sure to redeem the vouchers before they expire.

 

- How do I check if I have vouchers and do my vouchers expire?

To check if you have any vouchers and their expiration date, please visit our homepage and click on the "rewards" section. You will then be able to see the "discovery" and "my rewards" sections on the rewards page. Once you have claimed a voucher, the expiry date will be displayed.

 

- When will I receive my birthday voucher?

Your birthday voucher will be issued on the first day of your birthday month. You can find the voucher in the "My Rewards" section on the Rewards page.

 

- Can I enjoy two Welcome Rewards?

Yes, you can! Enjoy Jyu Gae welcome reward when spending at Jyu Gae and Jyu Lae welcome reward when spending at Jyu Lae. This allows you to enjoy two welcome rewards within the Jyu Concepts rewards program.

 

- I have two vouchers from the Rewards program. Can I combine them into a transaction? 

Only one voucher from the Rewards program can be used per transaction, and it cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or vouchers.

 

- How do I purchase gift cards?

You can purchase gift cards in two ways; either by using the Member Web App or approach our staff at the counter.

 

- How does the gift card work?

The Gift Card is valid for purchases up to its value, and any unused balance cannot be refunded for cash. If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, another payment method can be used to cover the remaining balance.

 

- I bought a gift card, but I haven’t received any points in my account. What’s going on?

When you purchase a gift card and give it to someone else (let's call them "Friend B"), the points are credited when "Friend B" uses the card. So, the points go to the gift card user's account, not the purchaser's.
